Rationale: The Evaluation of Government Programs (EPG) provides the Home Care Program for People with Severe Dependency (PAD) with the explicit suggestion to incorporate gender perspective in its practices with the purpose of favoring the well-being of dependent people, as well as their informal caregivers and families.
