Abstract

In this article, ‘visions’ are presented, with experiences of people from the Pehuenche culture, from the past and comparatively recent times, which is the second part of an article published in number 31 of the Chilean Journal of Anthropology. The majority of the accounts originate with Ramón Naupa Epuñán, who also had a ‘vision’. He is a person who is well versed in the culture of his group, a true kimche, a native speaker of chedungun (a dialect of mapudungun spoken in the Alto Bío-Bío). As with the accounts presented previously, the experiences of people were as much positive as negative.
